Slow Flow Yoga + Sound Bath | Thursday June 8th 2023

As you settle into your serene farm surroundings, the instructor will guide you through a series of seated yoga poses as you hear several instruments, including crystal singing bowls, frame drums and the didgeridoo. You’re invited to allow the vibrations to reach deep into the body, offering profound relaxation.
Tickets include a Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath in the Cedar Barn and a refreshing “Picnic Lunch” on the Farmhouse porch.

This flow is open to all levels; we kindly ask you to bring your own mat.

Please dress in yoga appropriate attire, although we will have a few mats available onsite, we kindly ask you to bring your own mat if you are able. $75 per person inclusive of applicable tax and fees | Tickets are Non Refundable however they can be transferred should the need arise.

Tickets are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking is available onsite.

Your safety and the safety of our team is a top priority. This event will take place both outdoors and indoors if weather allows. The Cedar Barn is heated, while also having open air abilities with our large sliding glass doors. 

We will do our best to accommodate serious food allergies, please email us with any serious allergies or put them as a note in your order and we will be in touch to discuss. There will be vegetarian options available.
